My Neighbor Services is a full-service, family-owned and operated landscape management company located in Allen, TX.

Q. When should I trim my crape myrtles?

A. We recommend trimming crape myrtle trees starting in January of each year, no later than March to early April.

 

Q. Can I make changes to my service after signing up?

A. Yes. We will always work with your schedule to better serve your needs. Our policy only requires 24 hours advance notice to make changes to a service.

 

Q. What days do you perform lawn mowing in Allen, TX?

A. 75002 – Monday and Wednesday

     75013 – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

 

Q. What should I expect in the event of rain taking place on my service day?

A. If it rains on your scheduled mowing day, you can expect us later in the day in the event of light rain, or the following day in the event of heavy rain.

 

Q. When should I water my lawn in accordance with my lawn mowing service?

A. For best results, please do not water your lawn the night before or the morning of the day we are scheduled to service your lawn.

 

Q. What payment plans do you offer?

A. It is My Neighbor Service’s goal to provide you with the most convenient, worry and hassle-free service possible. For this reason, we require that your billing account be set up with a major credit card (Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard, or American Express). We will charge your credit card within one business day following a performed service.

Q. What is your service cancellation policy?

A. If you need to change your service for any reason, please contact us by phone or email by 3 pm the day before your service is scheduled. This will allow us to make the changes to the next day’s schedule. Any changes received after 3 pm may not be implemented on the next day’s schedule. If you stop our crew from mowing when they arrive at your home you will still be charged for the service.
